Production & Delivery
Production timelines depend on order quantity and fabric type. Delivery schedules are agreed upon before order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen events.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of textile products, returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Customization
Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. All custom specifications are confirmed directly with the client before production begins.
