Use of Website
This website is intended for informational and business purposes. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt. You agree not to misuse the content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Account Registration
Individual customers may register directly and place orders immediately. Business accounts (distributors and wholesalers) require review and approval by our team before ordering privileges are granted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Al Mohands Textile reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
Orders & Checkout
Individual (B2C) customers may place orders directly through the website. Business (B2B) customers submit order requests which are reviewed and confirmed by our sales team. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Order confirmation is sent by email upon successful placement.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice. B2B customers receive discounts based on their account type as determined by Al Mohands Textile. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and cash on delivery (where available). Orders paid by bank transfer must include the order number in the transfer reference. Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and order size. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs are calculated separately and communicated at checkout or upon order confirmation. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of fabric products, returns are accepted only for items that are defective or significantly different from what was ordered. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. Custom or cut-to-order fabric cannot be returned unless defective. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Product Information
All product descriptions, colors, and specifications are presented in good faith. We strive to ensure accuracy, but slight color variations may occur due to screen calibration differences. All product images are for reference only. Actual colors and textures may vary slightly from what is displayed.
Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and branding on this website belong to Al Mohands Textile and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.
